Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record, ideally in high-ticket sales and a focus on health and wellness.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales through empathic and relationship-driven consultative selling.
  • Strong affinity for natural health and assisting individuals in making transformational decisions.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, Google Suite, and Zoom communication; must own a smartphone and computer with Zoom capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and adaptive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to exceed goals and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of natural health conditions and alternative therapies is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with high-potential leads via Zoom to convert them into tailored health programs.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and facilitate decision-making.
  • Proactively confirm and nurture assigned leads to ensure strong rapport before consultations.
  • Meet and exceed weekly KPI targets by maintaining a schedule of 20 calls per week with a 17% booked-to-close rate.
  • Maintain communication with leads for relationship development and sales conversion.
  • Utilize CRM and Google Suite for managing the sales pipeline and documenting daily activities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and daily huddles to enhance individual capabilities.

  • Enter non-priority forms from assigned borough after priority forms are completed.
  • Accurately and timely enter data into Automated Student Health Record (ASHR).
  • Prepare paperwork for filing.
  • Verify prescriptions for accuracy and ensure eyeglasses match records.
  • Coordinate and support eyeglass delivery to schools.
