Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales in a consultative, empathetic, and relationship-driven manner.
• Passion for helping people make transformational health decisions.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking, Google Suite, and virtual communication via Zoom.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of natural health conditions and therapies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with high-potential leads via Zoom calls to convert clients into tailored health programs.
• Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and understand client needs.
• Confirm and nurture all assigned leads to ensure strong rapport before consultations.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs by maintaining a schedule of 20 calls per week with a minimum 17% closure rate.
• Maintain follow-up communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Utilize CRM systems and Google Suite to manage the sales pipeline and document interactions.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and daily workshops for personal improvement.
• Uphold company communication standards and complete onboarding education.
