Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong understanding of the Indian job market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for thorough candidate evaluations.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools like Breezy HR and Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and discretion in handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily in-depth assessments and screenings of applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Implement various interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates thoroughly.
  • Perform initial screening interviews to identify potential fits.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to recommend candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment phases using ATS and HRIS tools.
  • Achieve target Ops Validation endorsements and uphold high standards.
  • Calibrate screening processes with Hiring Managers to align with account requirements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final decision-making.
