• Strong commercial awareness and numbers driven.
• First experience in an e-commerce business, start-up or agency handling online strategies.
• Self-organized, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levels.
• Ability to think both creatively and commercially.
• Excited to engage in a range of brands' operational activities with an international team.
• Must be able to speak German.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics.
• Daily monitoring of the competitor landscape, reacting to trading updates and implementing changes.
• Supporting the commercial strategy for brands and clients through campaign briefs and pricing strategies.
• Optimizing the on-site experience and customer journey for each brand.
• Providing insights on customer expectations to enhance the overall channel marketing strategy.
