• Experience in a managerial role (Head / Team Lead) in Customer Success within the YouTube, Creator Economy, Mark-Tech, or Ad-Tech niches.
• Experience in Account Management in an advertising/marketing agency.
• Experience in Support in a call center.
• Desire for professional, career, and financial growth.
• Ability to achieve results through team effort.
• Skills in content management and marketing.
• Understanding of YouTube operations.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with a preference for C1+ candidates.
• Blend of creative and analytical thinking and capability to systematically organize teamwork.
• Experience in YouTube channel development and knowledge of Influence Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the team for strategic development and directing operational activities.
• Supporting and enhancing the client experience with SubSub's products and services.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
