Requirements:
  • BS degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant software product management experience, with 2+ in a Senior or Lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading and shipping end-to-end products through their life cycle.
  • Strong business understanding and acumen for prioritizing product roadmap and deliverables.
  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly in early-stage start-ups or high-growth companies.
  • Experience and understanding of the Life Science or Medical Device industry.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of product development practices within an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Help define the product vision and strategy specifically for the Life Sciences vertical aligned with overall business goals.
  • Create and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term goals with long-term initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation or differentiation.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and medical teams to ensure alignment and execution of the overall roadmap.
  • Gather client feedback, understand the voice of the customer, and collaborate with pilot customers on testing new products.
  • Produce deliverables that tell concise business stories supported by data and customer-centric arguments.
  • Establish metrics to measure product performance and business impact, including developing and maintaining KPIs.
