Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, or other social science field.
• Minimum of 6 years of applied experience in evaluation research projects, preferably for federal clients.
• Understanding of statistics, econometrics, and quantitative methodology.
• Experience in cleaning, manipulating, and merging data from primary and secondary sources.
• Proficient in at least one statistical analysis software package (STATA preferred, R, Python, SPSS).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
• Experience conducting survey studies and developing sampling plans.
• Understanding of methods for collecting and analyzing qualitative data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check.

Responsibilities:

• Think creatively to help clients answer evaluation questions.
• Support projects in resilience, emergency preparedness, public safety, and elections administration.
• Lead design, execution, and interpretation of evaluation research.
• Manage project timelines and deliverable quality.
• Prepare written products summarizing research methods and findings.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Manage and analyze large datasets.
• Ensure quality of client deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals and business development efforts.
• Balance multiple concurrent projects.
