Requirements:

• Master’s degree in survey research, statistics, or related field with coursework in sampling and probability theory.
• 10 or more years experience as a sampling statistician.
• Knowledge in sample design, weighting, non-response bias analysis, and survey bias reduction.
• Proficiency in statistical software packages like SAS, Stata, R, SPSS, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Must be a US citizen and consent to a full background check.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing sampling and weighting plans for various survey efforts.
• Applying principles of survey methodology and statistics to analyze national surveys.
• Preparing technical reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Advancing the organization's reputation through conference participation and research publications.
• Assisting project managers in research project development.
• Providing statistical consultation to internal and external clients.
