Requirements:
  • A master’s degree in social sciences, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of applied experience in customer experience (CX) research, preferably with federal clients.
  • At least 3 years of client-facing project management experience.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis software (STATA preferred, SPSS, or R).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis, and MS PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple research projects for public sector clients focused on federal financial and citizen services.
  • Design, develop, and implement quantitative and qualitative customer experience and satisfaction research initiatives.
  • Oversee project management aspects including tasks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding needs and managing expectations.
  • Manage all stages of the research process including survey creation, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Create and deliver communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
