Requirements:

• Graduate degree in social science or related field, with preference for PhD or Master's with extensive experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with diverse data sources and conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
• Knowledge of methodologies such as regression and experience with tools like R and Python.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and analysis of research projects related to service member well-being.
• Manage projects by coordinating with team members, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication.
• Mentor team members to enhance their research and project management skills.
• Interface with clients to understand their needs and communicate research results effectively.
• Oversee the production of research reports and synthesize findings across disciplines.
