Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
At least 5 years of experience in leading large captures and proposal development for Federal Government clients.
Experience with GovWin and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead during capture and proposal processes.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

Leads team and partners with Practice Areas to develop a pipeline of opportunities aligned with Fors Marsh capabilities.
Drives capture of opportunities from identification through proposal development and after-action evaluations.
Develops win themes, strategies, and value propositions.
Implements improvements to the company's CRM and proposal content library.
Facilitates technical proposal reviews and updates capture plans.
Negotiates team workshare for proposal submissions.
Manages budgets and provides supervision and growth opportunities for team members.
