Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage the flow and records of information promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule meetings, manage the executive’s calendar, and take notes during meetings.
  • Coordinate tasks on the project management system and prioritize sensitive matters.
  • Send reminders for overdue tasks.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve workflows and processes.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle other tasks as needed.
