Requirements:

• Active SLP license in any state, preferably Nebraska.
• ASHA CCCs required.
• Availability for the 2024-2025 school year.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a school-based setting.
• Preferred 1+ year experience in online therapy; tech-savviness is essential if not experienced.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Positive problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Professional dedicated space for remote work.
• Experience working with a diverse student and staff population.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments relevant to students' concerns.
• Design speech therapy treatment plans and interventions in accordance with Special Education policies.
• Schedule and carry out treatment sessions.
• Participate in a multi-disciplinary team to assess, write IEPs, and support students with disabilities.
• Complete required documentation including IEPs, progress reports, and Medicaid billing.
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents regarding therapy plans and strategies.
