Requirements:

• Demonstrated communication ability across formats with skill in delivering concise information.
• Collaborative and communicative work style, enthusiasm for working with technical and non-technical collaborators.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical aptitude.
• Ability to execute assigned tasks and communicate status updates independently.
• 2+ years of experience related to research, analysis, policy, and/or communications.
• Facility with technology supporting remote teamwork.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, subject-matter knowledge in climate, renewable energy, and building electrification.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing macroeconomic and policy data to inform global strategies for electrification.
• Preparing accessible content for presentations, reports, and social media to inspire action.
• Collaborating with Research, Data Science, and Product teams to develop tools for stakeholders.
• Identifying new topics for exploration and building momentum for new Special Projects.
• Providing analytical support to internal teams to enhance understanding of strategies and implementation.
