• Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet important deadlines.
• Passionate about a career in the daily fantasy sports industry.
• Substantial knowledge and experience in sports gaming, player prop, and daily fantasy sports.
• Strong pattern recognition skills and ability to react quickly to observed trends.
• Ability to analyze multiple streams of information concurrently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Availability to work on nights and weekends in line with the sports schedule.
• Ability to learn new or updated software.
• Experience with R, Python, and/or SQL is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Identify PrizePicks game vulnerabilities (edges) and members that are abusing/exposing those vulnerabilities.
• Review and profile new, winning, losing, and escalated members from Game Operations Analysts.
• Create new rulesets and optimize current rulesets for member experience and revenue.
• Identify coordinated member patterns like sharp discords and multi-accounting.
• Partner with Analytics to develop more optimal trading methods and tools such as models, algorithms, and industry benchmarking.
• Collaborate and communicate learnings with Game Operations Analysts.
• Work with Trading Optimization Sr. Analysts to implement strategies, best practices, and processes around key markets.
• Take on some Trading shifts/responsibilities as requested by the Trading team.
