Requirements:

• Licensed as a Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience directly working with children, teenagers, and families.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in telehealth settings.
• Comfortable using technology, including Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite for care delivery and team communication.
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Responsibilities:

• At Fort Health, clinicians provide treatment for lower acuity populations with an average of 16 weekly sessions.
• Clinicians have the opportunity to customize their caseload and schedule, ensuring flexibility in their roles.
• Collaborate with pediatricians to enhance patient care and maximize treatment success.
• Receive ongoing support from clinical supervisors throughout the treatment process.
