Requirements:
Significant experience in commercial auto or fleet claims market in a business development, sales, or account management role. Proven track record of developing and maintaining senior client relationships focused on driving revenue growth. Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. In-depth understanding of the P&C insurance, claims, and TPA market landscape in the US. Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot and MS Office, specifically Excel. Highly motivated and results-oriented individual. Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for revenue growth and market expansion in the commercial auto segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in MGAs, carriers, and self-insured clients. Identify business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer insights. Attend industry events to promote the brand and expand market presence.
