Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in energy origination and/or development.
• Experience with data center development is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and business strategy expertise.
• Experience in executive-level presentations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a flat organizational structure.
• Skilled in multi-tasking and managing conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, develop, and execute a pipeline of competitive data center development sites.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including site selection, permitting, grid interconnection, and commercial offtake negotiations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Negotiate commercial terms with various stakeholders.
• Identify strategic business opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate laws and regulations.
• Manage development budgets and create investment opportunities.
• Implement growth strategies and collaborate across functional areas.
• Provide direction to internal teams like engineering, legal, and finance.
• Prepare and present documentation for senior management.
• Represent the company in public hearings and industry forums.
