Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT support, network administration, or systems administration is highly valuable.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, user support, and managing IT infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain documentation.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with design and development teams as well as managers.
• Willingness to stay updated with new technologies, trends, and best practices in IT.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ Years of Relevant Experience.
• CompTIA, ITIL or relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Development and management of IT infrastructure including IDS/IPS and VPNs.
• Create, update, and remove user accounts in company services.
• Set up and configure computers, smartphones, and other devices for users.
• Manage permissions and access rights for resources.
• Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Deploy and manage antivirus and anti-malware solutions.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and compliance issues.
• Respond to security incidents including data breaches and cyberattacks.
• Provide regular reports on IT performance, issues, and security status.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
