• 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or dispositions strongly preferred.
• Proficient in negotiation and closing sales with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working independently in a home office setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions.
• Knowledge of real estate principles, property management, and market trends.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and resolve objections effectively.
• Prior experience with CRMs and real estate software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the disposition of acquired properties, including listing and selling homes.
• Build and maintain a network of real estate investors.
