Requirements:

• 9+ years of product management/owner experience in strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in translating strategic plans into operational execution.
• Excellent communication and storyboarding skills.
• Understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies, proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Program/project manage key aspects of strategic business and technical initiatives.
• Develop monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc analytics for executive leadership.
• Communicate risks and health of initiatives to various stakeholders.
• Develop strong relationships across business to understand objectives and constraints.
• Coordinate program and oversee individual project efforts for program success.
