• Excellence in generative analysis and modeling of large datasets.
• Field skills and experience in various project stages.
• Proficiency in desktop software like ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in coaching geoscientists.
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety standards.
• Minimum of 3-7 years experience in the mineral exploration industry.
• B.Sc. degree in geology or related geoscience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, environment, and community relations.
• Analyze geoscientific datasets to determine exploration potential and prioritize targets.
• Design, budget, permit, and execute geological field programs.
• Provide guidance and support to local project teams during exploration.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement analytical methods.
