Requirements:
  • 3+ years closing experience in Account Executive or similar role, preferably in tech/SaaS.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Required to work out of the Raleigh, NC office two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience in building personal relationships and expanding existing accounts.
  • Experience with software sales, including prospecting and closing.
  • Ability to manage numerous prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Outreach or similar workflow software.
  • Skilled in competitive product selling.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Effectively close business, prospect, and build personal relationships with existing accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and identify strategic opportunities to expand product adoption.
  • Demonstrate strong creative thinking to improve outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Create and maintain reliable forecasts for transparency between the pipeline and management.
  • Become an expert in demonstrating product value and understanding target market personas.
  • Develop a mentality of teamwork over ego and lead critical initiatives.
