Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), preferably in SaaS or tech services.
  • Strong familiarity with modern sales tools.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales processes and ability to open and qualify deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with high-level executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target companies that align with Fuelius’ Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Engage with key decision-makers such as Chief Revenue Officers, Sales Directors, and CMOs to set up qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification using the MEDICC framework to ensure high-quality leads.
  • Manage and refine your territory autonomously, with support from sales leadership to align with strategic priorities.
  • Utilise advanced sales tech stack (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.) for outreach and CRM data management.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and outreach effectiveness to contribute to overall sales strategy.
  • Meet and exceed targets for deals opened and qualified.
