• Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish, level C1-C2, required for daily communication with native speakers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or support role.
• Must have a high-speed internet connection.
• Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time).
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills are necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle a large number of outbound calls to warm leads.
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arranging appointments and deliveries.
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Use selling techniques to convert potential customers into clients.
