Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in developing and production release of safety-critical complex systems.
• 6+ years of software development experience with a track record in managing all phases.
• 6+ years of leading high-performance engineering teams driven by metrics.
• Experience with Functional Safety, Safety of Intended Function, and Product Security.
• Experience in metric design and data-driven development.
• Experience in safety case construction and management.
• Familiarity with software-centric systems and development lifecycles.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively and motivate others towards continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, grow, and coach the Product Safety and Release organization.
• Drive the safety strategy and integrate it into the product roadmap to meet business goals.
• Ensure development aligns with the release argumentation.
• Participate in the Senior Leadership Team focusing on strategic goals and initiatives, requiring travel to quarterly offsite meetings.
• Chair a cross-functional leadership team to evaluate and make decisions on reasonable risk.
