Requirements:

• 4+ years experience designing and launching high quality digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and UX skills.
• Highly skilled with Figma and similar design tools.
• Skilled at research, experimentation, and analyzing data and usage patterns.
• Clear communicator who is comfortable with design feedback and stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Drive user research by conducting interviews, surveys, usability tests to gather insights.
• Create and maintain user journey maps, personas, and service blueprints.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to define project goals and propose design solutions.
• Conduct usability tests on features for iterative improvement.
• Ensure visual design aligns with user experience vision and brand guidelines.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to best practices.
• Contribute to and maintain a design system for consistency.
