Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Facilities management/building engineer experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in water conservation, plumbing or related industries.
  • Experience managing subcontractors overseeing plumbing, electrical, refrigeration or construction projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of water conservation practices and regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage contractors in the installation of water and energy conservation measures, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Work with contractors to forecast and schedule installations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors.
  • Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, incentives, procurement, fulfillment, and technical support teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles to project timelines and quality.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage the Bill of Materials for projects.
  • Coordinate resolution of material availability issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for project materials.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
