• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design components.
• Proficient in creating and documenting design components using Figma.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG standards for accessibility.
• Ability to integrate animations and transitions into the design system.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with designers, engineers, and managers to align the design system with the product vision.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and deliver high-quality outputs that match the brand.
• Adjust to changing needs, anticipate challenges, and solve complex design issues.
• Educate less experienced designers and engage cross-functional teams to drive design system adoption across the company.
• Scale the design system in line with long-term product and business goals.
• Take responsibility for the design system's success, ensuring consistency and high standards.
