Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7 years of experience in translating documents, medical and legal content.
• 2 years of experience managing a translation team.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior translator role.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, fluent in both source and target languages.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
• Familiarity with translation software and CAT tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate translation projects from start to finish.
• Assign tasks to translation team members and manage their workflow.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Perform translation and proofreading for various content, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct quality assessments to maintain high translation quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment and mentor junior translators.
• Maintain and update terminology databases for consistency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
