Requirements:
  • Diploma from college or above, related to any major.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a social media agent, customer service, or similar role.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English AND Russian.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work according to the given schedule for 24x7 operations.
  • Strong people skills to navigate difficult situations and remain calm.
  • Solutions mindset for effective customer issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Interacts with customers to address inquiries and problems in real-time.
  • Attending to inquiries/issues from global customers on email, chat, voice, and social media.
  • Liaising with internal/external stakeholders to handle complaints and feedback.
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products to communicate effectively.
  • Creating strong relationships with partners and external stakeholders.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors as necessary.
