Requirements:
  • Strong SuccessFactors experience, particularly in Employee Central and Recruitment modules.
  • Desirable experience in Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals.
  • Background in high-level customer service in IT and HR.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and graphs.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work under limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement Incident Management processes on an IT Service Management System.
  • Triage tickets and assign to specialists as necessary.

  • Help maintain user FAQs and support documentation.
