Requirements:
- Strong SuccessFactors experience, particularly in Employee Central and Recruitment modules.
- Desirable experience in Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals.
- Background in high-level customer service in IT and HR.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and graphs.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting ability and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work under limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Incident Management processes on an IT Service Management System.
- Triage tickets and assign to specialists as necessary.
- Perform first-time support fixes without escalation.
- Maintain global system security roles and supporting content.

- Help maintain user FAQs and support documentation.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors HCM functionality.
