Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in the crypto industry with knowledge of crypto segments like DeFi, NFTs, or RWAs.
• Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions on onchain topics.
• Experience working with various stakeholders and balancing their needs.
• User-focused approach with an understanding of a range of user personas.
• Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for learning new and complex domains quickly.
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission.

Responsibilities:

• Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executing.
• Develop solutions by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions.
• Define OKRs for multiple teams and drive collaboration during product development.
• Lead efforts for identifying, defining, collecting, and tracking metrics for products.
• Balance and prioritize stakeholder objectives effectively.
• Secure buy-in and drive development for a multi-year product vision with an overall product narrative.
