• At least 5 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of medical billing regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers.
• Proven track record of improving billing efficiency, reducing errors, and increasing revenue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with medical billing software and systems.
