Responsibilities:

• Build media lists using Cision and Muckrack.
• Form relationships with key media outlets.
• Help craft pitches and conduct outreach to secure coverage.
• Monitor coverage for clients and competitors.
• Build influencer rosters and support the content review process.
• Collect and report back-end creator metrics.
• Coordinate team schedules and internal/client calls.
• Set call agendas and share comprehensive recaps.
• Organize client folders and databases.
• Oversee brand samples and track inventory if applicable.
• Coordinate media and influencer deliveries.
• Support events and mailers.
• Manage clips and media placement reports.
• Provide ongoing monitoring for client and competitor coverage.
• Own and update client reports and trackers for various timeframes.
