Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Twelve or more years of relevant leadership experience.
• Eight or more years of multifunctional team management.
• Track record of delivering new adult learner programs with total oversight.
• Prior experience overseeing synchronous and asynchronous training for large, distributed audiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proven experience using data and metrics for planning and continuous improvement.
• Success in program ideation, management, and implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and execute the strategy for preparing, training, certifying, credentialing, and supporting teachers and school teams.
• Lead a national, cross-functional team focused on Montessori teacher and school leadership development.
• Design and deliver programs providing exceptional professional development for the entire school network.
• Identify and evaluate shared learning priorities using data for continuous improvements to child outcomes.
• Monitor team deliverables for quality and impact.
