Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, computer science, or a related field.
• At least eight years of professional experience.
• Essential experience in the security or justice sector and writing institutional reports.
• Preferred knowledge of Alba-Keneth alert procedures.
• Proficiency in software related to databases.
• Availability to travel within the country if necessary.
• Must be a Guatemalan citizen or possess the legal permits to work in Guatemala.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct work meetings with the Justice and Transparency Project team.
• Define a work plan including methodology and a timeline for the consultancy.
• Analyze and produce reports and databases regarding alerts for children and adolescents in the Alba-Keneth Operational Unit.
• Generate technical recommendations to support Alert Alba-Keneth work.
• Perform additional tasks or create reports as assigned within the consultancy scope.
