Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science or a similar field required.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise-level front-end development.
• Solid programming skills with experience in RESTful APIs.
• Professional experience using React.js/Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding and professional experience with TailwindCSS.
• Experience in cloud deployment/hosting of React.js/Next.js applications (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of server-side rendering is a plus.
• Experience testing and debugging front-end applications.
• Experience building EHR or eMAR applications is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in UI/UX design discussions.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Experience in interviewing and hiring senior engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Get the company’s product to market while balancing speed of execution and quality.
• Make UI/UX architectural decisions and best practices.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, UX designers, and advisors to create user-friendly experiences.
• Build and improve reusable, readable, and testable front-end web applications.
• Work with the back-end team to design APIs and database schemas.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers.
• Write a significant amount of code.
