Requirements:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align editorial goals with overall company strategy.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support editorial leadership to coordinate the daily operations of the newsroom.
  • Ensure production, communications and Standards processes are followed.
  • Support in developing and executing newsroom strategies and processes in line with Newsweek’s editorial and company objectives.
  • Conduct/organize training for staff on all newsroom tools.
