Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in patient support programs or related areas.
  • Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of global clinical operations strategies for patient support programs, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of patient support programs from inception through implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access, and IT to integrate patient support initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Build, motivate, and drive performance of health coaches and clinical staff across multiple countries.
  • Provide training to clinical staff to enhance knowledge and efficiency of clinical processes.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
