Responsibilities:

• Working with Amazon platform and other E-markets: creating shipments, tracking, troubleshooting.
• Contacting marketplace support for shipping corrections.
• Checking forums and social media for problem-solving.
• Updating and managing Data Catalog and Inventory systems.
• Coordinating with various department members on operations.
• Collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Creating shipments with delivery companies and export documentation.
• Daily reporting of Operations KPIs.
• Strategizing for operational improvements.
• Identifying bottlenecks and forecasting issues.
• Working on quarterly projects related to growth.
