Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand partnerships with large health systems and national payers.
• Manage and lead the business development team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and secure partnerships.
• Oversee market analyses to identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop strategies to secure value-based contracts, collaborating with clinical and operational teams.
• Optimize pricing and revenue models, and monitor financial performance.
