Requirements:

• 2+ years in virtual clinical administration, preferably in geriatrics, dementia care, or chronic outpatient care.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Proficiency with electronic health records systems, preferably Athena.
• Experience with medical billing and insurance claims preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Work remotely and collaboratively with the Rippl Care Team through digital communication tools.
• Manage and organize incoming documents and EHR communications, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with patient needs prior to clinical appointments, including documentation and scheduling.
• Route patient issues and coordinate incoming patient referrals.
• Assist Care Teams with patient panel management, follow up on tasks, and co-manage EHR schedules.
• Correspond with pharmacies and external practice settings to resolve prescription and referral issues.
