Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or healthcare operations.
• Strong relationship-building and external partnership management skills.
• Experience in home care agencies is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare partnerships and CMS onboarding processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for facilitation and collaboration.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and payer-provider dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and establish new partnerships to fulfill home care needs.
• Collaborate with Growth team to identify service coverage gaps.
• Initiate relationships, negotiate contracts, and onboard partners.
• Manage existing partnerships through regular meetings and support.
• Prepare training materials and track service delivery for compliance.
• Ensure accurate service area data through zip code management.
