Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in data science, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Deep understanding of value-based care models and the role of data analytics.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and drive results.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building or managing self-service analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and payer-provider dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the company’s analytics vision, ensuring alignment with key business goals and clinical outcomes.
• Develop and implement best practices to leverage data science, data engineering, machine learning and analytic techniques.
• Build and maintain user-friendly, self-service analytics tools for non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and establish key performance metrics.
• Monitor healthcare and operational metrics to improve patient care and support value-based care initiatives.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement of analytics tools.
• Provide executive leadership with clear data insights.
• Develop scalable data processes and systems.
