Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with development, scripting, and customization in Atlassian Suite, particularly Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Skilled with development and scripting in languages such as Python, Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Workday with Jira.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of business processes and aligning tools for efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and proactively addressing challenges.

• Stay updated with developments in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Help define process and tooling architecture.
• Spearhead the development and customization of the Atlassian Suite, focusing on Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Implement third-party tooling and drive integrations with other critical systems.
• Regularly review and assess tooling state for improvements.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements, drive projects, and optimize tools for collaboration.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Atlassian, offering guidance and best practices.
