Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required.
• 10+ years of IT professional experience in roles emphasizing Windows systems and networking.
• Experience in scripting and deploying equipment, preferably in a hospital environment.
• Familiarity with networking setups, including Routers, Switches, VLANs, and Firewalls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows OS (10&11), Server (2016, 2019, 2022), and SQL Server (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Experience with Active Directory, virtualization technologies (VMWare, Azure), Wi-Fi (802.11 standards), desktop support, and security protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Field Implementation efforts including significant travel to hospitals across the US.
• Perform hands-on installation work at customer locations for all AC&M product offerings.
• Lead customer IT workstream meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Develop an understanding of the installation process and optimize deployment methodologies.
• Conduct on-site IT trainings for hospital staff.
• Provide guidance on configuration of environments for products.
• Create and maintain installation documentation.
• Provide level 2 technical support and feedback to R&D.
