Requirements:

• 6+ years of end-to-end NetSuite Planning and Budgeting implementation experience.
• Demonstrated background in financial planning and analysis or accounting.
• Proficiency in financial management and project management skills.
• Established communication and organizational change management abilities.
• Mastery of MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to mentor junior resources and work in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5+ NetSuite Planning and Budgeting consultants.
• Manage client engagements across a portfolio and conduct 1-on-1s and team meetings.
• Work cross-functionally with other consulting teams and ensure communication across projects.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage subcontractors as needed.
• Support end-to-end implementation including requirements gathering and post go-live support.
• Architect and maintain solutions within NetSuite Planning and Budgeting.
• Provide ongoing client training and managed services after implementation.
• Facilitate data migration and implement workflows in the planning and budgeting system.
