Grants Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, public administration, nonprofit management); priority given to applicants with graduate degrees.
• Minimum of three years' experience in grant project management, including team management; prior grant writing experience preferred.
• Documented history of funded grant awards as a project manager for at least three years.
• Strong knowledge of federal agencies, grant compliance, regulations, and submission platforms.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Google Workspace, along with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of grant applications, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CFS team and the client/partners.
• Develop project timeline and milestones based on solicitation requirements.
• Manage client expectations by setting clear instructions and project milestones.
• Provide weekly status updates to the client on project status and pending action items.
• Provide clear direction and leadership to the writing team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture and maintain open communication.
