Requirements:

• Master’s or equivalent in epidemiology, public health, mathematics, or health services research preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, including EMR/EHR and claims data.
• Experience with analytical tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, Python, or R.
• Deep knowledge of HEDIS & CMS quality measures.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems.
• Hands-on expertise in healthcare claims data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of Social Determinants of Health (SDH).
• Logical problem-solving skills and ability to visualize complex concepts.
• Familiarity with data modeling approaches.
• Technical leadership experience in guiding analytic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to improve health and financial outcomes.
• Understand client goals and value-based contracts.
• Conduct analyses to quantify baseline performance and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and operations staff.
• Lead discovery of EMR/EHR and claims data.
• Perform data quality checks.
• Partner with biostatisticians and data scientists.
• Communicate results, identify implications, and recommend actions.
