Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication and ensuring timely project updates.
• Oversee project execution from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and resolve project issues or client concerns proactively.
• Work closely with design, copywriting, and strategy teams for cohesive email campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports to clients, providing insights on campaign performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
